Dr Helen McGrath is an Adjunct Professor at both Deakin University and RMIT University, a psychologist in private practice and a consultant working with a range of government and private organisations. She is the author or co-author of 22 books focusing on a diverse topics such as managing difficult personalities, the psychology of murder, developing effective thinking skills and enhancing social skills.
She works predominantly within a combined Positive Psychology and Cognitive Behaviour therapy framework and has collaborated with her colleague, Dr Toni Noble on the creation of the award-winning Bounce Back!, a wellbeing and resilience program for schools. Together they have also developed national wellbeing frameworks.
